Hewn from a machined stainless steel, the Spike Shoe MkII is designed to control resonance and improve coupling between speaker spikes and underlying floor below.
Within its steel casing lies a proprietary blend of materials specifically chosen to cover the elasticity spectrum from end to end. The result is dampening of resonance across the entire audio band for noticeably audible benefits.
When in place below floor-standing speakers or spiked speaker-stands, Spike Shoe MkIIs improve definition from bass with more open-ended highs, expanding the soundstage and delivering more defined dynamics.
