Couplers – also known as ear simulators – are measurement devices used by IEM manufacturers for developing and quality controlling in-ear headphones. Using patent-pending technology, Audix's TM2 offers lab-style testing for IEMs in a compact and highly versatile package.
The Audix TM2 can be used in conjunction with market leading calibration software such as Rational Acoustic’s SMAART and Studio Six Digital’s Audio Tools. With its concise range of included adaptor accessories, TM2 is compatible with almost any major IEM size, and can also be attached to an acoustic calibrator for even more precise measurement.
