Building on the reputation of its MkI predecessor, the Auteur MkII's reworked gain stage boosts gain and frequency response whilst lowering noise and distortion. Transformer-coupled output stages also impart a vintage tone which pairs nicely with the modern clean nature of the Auteur's input.
