From June 2023, Meze Audio have announced that many of their high-end headphone and IEM models will include a cable upgrade to help Meze listeners get even better results from cans. The best part? The upgrade is completely on the house!
About Meze Premium Cables
Braided by hand at their production facility in Romania, Meze’s Premium range of headphone cables are designed to elevate the listening experience of every high-end Meze headphone model to deliver even greater sonic performance for a profile-rich and truly musical experience.
Premium cables are available in both copper and silver-plated variants for alternative sonic profiles. Copper models offers warmth across the full frequency range to bring music to life, while the silver variants provide even greater detail across low and mid ranges with tighter bass performance and outstanding clarity.
To satisfy a wide range of source components, all Premium cables may be terminated in 2.5mm, 4.4mm and 4-pin XLR connectors for balanced applications and 3.5mm or 6.35mm for unbalanced.
Headphone Upgrade Bundles
All new orders of Empyrean, Elite and LIRIC will now ship with an upgraded Premium cable of the user’s specification including choice of material and terminating connector.
Please note that while LIRIC will continue to include soft TPE cable options as standard, Empyrean and Elite will now ship only with the user-specified premium cable included.
IEM Upgrade Bundles
Meze’s exciting promotion also extends to their in-ear monitor range! For Advar and RAI Penta customers, Meze are now offering a fully-balanced MMCX cable braided from silver-plated custom wires and terminated in either 2.5mm or 4.4mm connectors.
The completely free of charge upgrade cable is provided in addition to the stock 3.5mm cable so users can easily accommodate both balanced and unbalanced sources.
