Through meticulously chosen materials and an innovative isolating spike and foot design, Sanctum reduces resonance evenly across a broad frequency range for HiFi components.
Sanctum platforms are composed of a high density fibreboard, supported by four isolating feet which feature a unique selection of internal materials including rubber, cork, leather and viscous-elastic polymer. The varied density and elasticity of these materials allows each foot to afford the overlaying plinth a degree of isolation which in turn improves audio performance for the listener.
Unlike wood and fixed grain materials, HDF (or high density fibreboard) does not suffer unwanted expansion during seasonal changes in temperature aiding the Sanctum's mechanical stability.
Each of the four spikes that support the Sanctum's weight also include a solid brass ring base. This ensures furniture surfaces and underlying racks remain in their best condition.
